About Our Apprenticeship Program

Aspen Communications LLC, dba Aspen Engineering & Contracting, in partnership with the State of Arizona and the US Department of Labor, has created and developed an apprenticeship program for Telecommunications Technician. This program development was in recognition of the lack of a skilled workforce and the need to support and guide the learning process of our technicians.

The program provides the development from probationary apprentice to journey-worker (equivalent to a technical engineering certification in telecommunications) in three years of applied, full-time work with full success in all testing elements.
